Keurig not brewing or pumping water: restore the flow safely
No brew, no pumped water and a partial cup often come from the same water-flow problem. Start with the reservoir and a water-only test, then clean only the removable parts and needle openings described for the exact brewer.

Seat the reservoir and meet the minimum
Fill with fresh water to at least the model minimum, never above MAX, and press the reservoir firmly into its base. On K-Supreme Plus SMART, Keurig states that at least 6 oz is needed and suggests adding 2 oz more if the warning remains.

Run a pod-free water test
Close the handle with no pod and run the documented cleansing brew into the mug. If the brewer dispenses only a partial cup, reseat the tank and clean the removable K-Cup holder before repeating one water-only test.

Clean documented openings, then descale if needed
With the brewer off and unplugged, follow the exact manual to clean the entrance and exit needle openings while keeping fingers away from the needles, then run two water-only brews. If the cup is still partial, complete the exact descale procedure; after two failed descales, Keurig directs the user to support.
